Physical preparation is an essential part of performance, in boxing as in all sports.
I will help you develop your physical abilities through general and specific training tailored to your sport, your level and your competition goals.
The sessions aim to improve strength, endurance, coordination, mobility and injury prevention, enabling you to perform at your best on competition day.
The training is structured, progressive and adjusted according to your sporting deadlines.
